Common Stock Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable at Closing to a Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Common Stock Shares means the 220,000,000 shares of Common Stock to be purchased by Investor pursuant to this Agreement. “Common Stock Shares Purchase Price” has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1 hereof.
