Common Warrant definition

Common Warrant means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants to be delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Common Warrants shall be exercisable on the six month anniversary of the issue date and have a term equal to five and a half (5.5) years, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
Common Warrant means any warrant to acquire shares of Company Common Stock.
Common Warrant means the warrant delivered to the Purchaser at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a)(v) hereof in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

Examples of Common Warrant in a sentence

  • At the appropriate Purchaser’s expense, the Company will execute and deliver such reasonable documentation as a pledgee or secured party of Common Warrants and Common Warrant Shares may reasonably request in connection with a pledge or transfer of the Common Warrants or Common Warrant Shares.

  • The Company has offered the Common Warrants and Common Warrant Shares for sale only to the Purchasers and certain other “accredited investors” within the meaning of Rule 501 under the Securities Act.

  • As used herein, “Standard Settlement Period” means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of a certificate representing Common Warrant Shares issued with a restrictive legend.
