Communication Products has the meaning set forth in Section 28.
Communication Products has the meaning set forth in Section 28. "Composite Currency Units" means the European Currency Unit ("ECU"), the Special Drawing Right ("SDR") or another composite unit consisting of the aggregate of specified amounts of specified currencies, as such ECU, SDR or other unit may be constituted from time to time. "Morgan Affiliate" means any office or brxxxx xf Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New Xxxx ("Morgan") and any other entity that dixxxxxx, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls Morgan or that is controlled by or is xxxxx common control with Morgan. "Securities Account" meanx xxx securities account opened by the Custodian on its books in the name of the Client. "Securities Depository" means any securities depository, bookentry system or clearing system used by the Custodian from time to time in accordance with Section 4(e) hereof. "Security" means any share, stock, bond, debenture, note, certificate of indebtedness, warrant or other security or financial instrument acceptable to the Custodian (whether represented by a certificate or by a book-entry on the records of the issuer or other entity responsible for recording such book- entries) that is from time to time held for the account of the Client directly, or indirectly through a Subcustodian or Securities Depository, by the Custodian pursuant to this Agreement. "Security Procedure" means, for any specified method of communication, a procedure agreed upon in writing by the Custodian and the Client for the purpose of verifying that an Authorized Instruction given pursuant to such method of communication is that of the Client or detecting error in the transmission or the content of such Authorized Instruction. A Security Procedure may require the use of algorithms or other codes, identifying words or numbers, encryption, callback procedures, or similar security devices. "Subcustodian" means any bank or other institution (other than a Securities Depository) used by the Custodian to hold Securities from time to time in accordance with Section 4(e) hereof. 2 (a).

  • Except and to the extent expressly provided above, and in lieu of all other warranties, the Communication Products are provided "as is", all warranties and representations of any kind with regard to the Communication Products are hereby disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Related to Communication Products

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Software Products means any and all Software that is or has been distributed by the Division or Division Subsidiaries and their predecessors, and any similar products developed or under development by Seller relating to the Business as of the date of the Agreement, and all documentation, packaging materials, promotional materials, and training materials relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
