Communications Systems definition

Communications Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Communications Systems means a system or business (a) providing (or capable of providing) voice, data, Internet access or video transport, connection, monitoring services or other communications and/or information services (including cable television), through any means or medium, (b) providing (or capable of providing) facilities, marketing, management, technical and financial (including call rating) or other services to companies providing such transport, connection, monitoring service or other communications and/or information services or (c) that is (or that is capable of) constructing, creating, developing or marketing communications-related network equipment, software and other devices for use in any system or business described above.
Communications Systems means towers, antennas, buildings, cables and other accessory structures for electronic, radio frequency, or microwave transmissions or receptions.

Communications Systems means a system, network or business (a) providing (or capable of providing) voice, data, Internet access or video transport, connection, monitoring services, answering services or other communications and/or information or entertainment services (including cable television), through any means or medium, (b) providing (or capable of providing) facilities, marketing, management, technical and financial (including call rating) or other services to companies providing such transport, connection, monitoring service or other communications and/or information services, or (c) that is (or that is capable of) constructing, creating, developing or marketing communications-related networks, network equipment, software and other devices for use in any system or business described above.
Communications Systems means all facilities, buildings, 1302 equipment, items, and methods necessary or desirable in order to 1303 provide communications services, including, without limitation, 1304 wires, cables, conduits, wireless cell sites, computers, modems, 1305 satellite antennae sites, transmission facilities, network 1306 facilities, and appurtenant devices necessary and appropriate to 1307 support the provision of communications services. 1308 "Communications services" includes, without limitation, 1309 Internet, voice telephone, or similar services provided by voice 1310 over Internet protocol, cable television, data transmission 1311 services, electronic security monitoring services, and multi- 1312 channel video programming distribution services. Nothing herein 1313 shall authorize the district to provide communications services 1314 to retail customers or otherwise act to impair existing service 1315 provider franchise agreements. However, the district may 1316 contract with such providers for resale purposes, provided the 1317 district complies with s. 350.81, Florida Statutes, when 1318 contracting for resale purposes. 1319 (u) To provide health care facilities and to enter into 1320 public-private partnerships and agreements as may be necessary 1321 to accomplish the foregoing. 1322 (v) To coordinate, work with, and, as the board deems 1323 appropriate, enter into interlocal agreements with any public or 1324 private entity for the provision of an institution or 1325 institutions of higher education.

Communications Systems means Company’s computer, laptop, computer system, internet server, electronic database, hardware, software and e-mail account, whether under your direct control or otherwise. You may use the Company’s systems for business purposes solely, and shall not make any personal use in them (unless you clearly define and mxxx your personal information stored in the Communications Systems as “Personal”), all subject to Company’s policy as in effect from time to time. For personal use, you may use external e-mail services (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo mail etc.). Upon the Company’s request, you shall transfer to the Company your log-on passwords and details to the Company’s e-mail, computer and other accounts.
Communications Systems means any works, property, or material of any radio, telegraph, telephone, microwave, or cable line, station, or system.
