Community Edition definition

Community Edition shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 15.E.

Community Edition means a fully functional, premium edition of UDP minus Arcserve Backup, license of the Software Product at no cost to Licensee. Arcserve shall provide Licensee with access to its UDP Community Forum but has no further obligation to provide Licensee Product Support or assistance. Licensee agrees that Xxxxxxxx makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy or Licensee’s use or operation of the UDP Community Edition.

Community Edition means a limited version of certain Software available with a no cost license. You can execute only one Instance of a Community Edition on a single machine. You shall provide Parasoft with a valid email address at the time of installation, and such email address cannot be used by any other individual to register a Community Edition. You may not transfer the Community Edition to another machine without prior written approval from Para- soft. You may not tamper or attempt to bypass any of the installation steps for a Community Edition, and Parasoft shall terminate your right to a Community Edition in the event that you do so. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, Parasoft (a) does not provide Maintenance for Community Editions; (b) provides no warranty for Community Editions; (c) provides no indemnification for Community Editions; and (d) accepts no liability for Community Editions.

• If Licensee is a company that has a cumulative annual revenue which exceeds the Threshold, then Licensee is not allowed to use the Community Edition, regardless of whether the Community Edition is used solely to write applications for the business' internal use or is seen by third parties outside the company or has a direct revenue associated with it.

More Definitions of Community Edition

Community Edition means the Kubermatic Kubernetes Platform Community Edition (CE) of Kubermatic Kubernetes Platform that is freely available and licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Community Edition means a License Type that grants End-Users a fully functional version of the Software for very small environments and is limited to Licensed Units built into the License Key. Some versions of free products may require a valid no-cost license (“Free License”) that is available for everyone upon website page registration.

Community Edition means the open source DefectDojo software and related open source plugins that are available free of charge. The Community Edition is not included in the definition of Product.

Community Edition means the open source SonarQube and SonarLint software and related open source plugins developed by SonarSource that are available free of charge under an LGPLv3 license as referred to in the opening paragraph of this Agreement, which can be downloaded from the Website or other official SonarSource websites belonging to Company. The Community Edition is not included in the definition of Products and is not covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Community Edition means freely distributed, unsupported, community releases made available by Spirit DSP.

Community Edition means the Free License version of the MidVision Program.

Community Edition or "Community Edition" means features that Licensee that do not require Enterprise Licenses. These features are made available under an open-source license agreement (as defined in Section 3.5) and do not require paying a Enterprise License fee to Artica TECH SAS.
