Community Members definition

Community Members and the Del Norte County Unified School District (“District”) entered into a “Reduction in Student Discipline Agreement” (“2009 Agreement”) to resolve issues concerning high rates of exclusionary discipline, disparate discipline of students of color, particularly Native American students, and racial harassment.
