Community owner definition

Community owner means the owner of a manufactured home community, as defined in the Act.
Community owner or 'landlord' means the owner of two or more manufactured home lots offered for rent. It includes a lessor, sub-lessor, park owner, or receiver of two or more manufactured home lots offered for rent, as well as any person, other than a lender not in possession, who directly or indirectly receives rents for two or more manufactured home lots offered for rent and who has no obligation to deliver such rents to another person.
Community owner means the owner of a manufactured home community.

  • No eviction action shall be commenced unless you have been notified as required by this section, and upon a second or subsequent violation or breach occurring within six months, the manufactured housing Community owner may commence eviction proceedings at any time within 60 days of the last violation or breach.
