Commute Time definition

Commute Time means the normal time spent by the employee traveling from home to their assigned office. Normal commute time is not eligible for overtime. Employee travel before or after work hours to assigned office or area of assignment outside of assigned office must deduct normal commute time from overtime totals. Time in excess of the normal commute time may be eligible for overtime with prior approval or in accordance with the overtime supplemental agreement.
Commute Time means for employment related child care one hour per day in a week, during which the parent(s) travels for active participation to and from an employment related activity.

Examples of Commute Time in a sentence

  • Commute Time: travel from home to the first work location of the workday.

  • Commute Time does not count towards hours worked for overtime calculation.

  • Commute Time will not be considered hours worked for overtime calculation.

  • To Avalon’s Knowledge, following the Avalon Merger Effective Time, no Avalon Stockholder shall be entitled to receive any amount from the Trust Account except to the extent such stockholder shall have elected to tender its shares of Avalon Class A Common Stock for redemption pursuant to the Avalon Stockholder Redemption.

  • Avalon shall have at least $5,000,001 of net tangible assets (as determined in accordance with Rule 3a51-1(g)(1) of the Exchange Act) remaining after the Avalon Stockholder Redemption and completion of the Transactions.

Related to Commute Time

  • Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).

  • Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.

  • Separation Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Exchange Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 3.1(c) hereof.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.
