Company Application definition

Company Application means the Company Application and any additional document containing information regarding Company’s business that is submitted to Elavon and Member in connection with Company’s request for Services, including any additional location forms and any documents submitted by Company as a part of the bid process, if applicable.
Company Application means any application, product, software or program owned or controlled by Company and its Affiliates, and all enhancements and modifications thereof. No component of the Software or derivative work thereof shall be considered a "Company Application".
Company Application means the Company Application attached as Attachment B and any additional document containing information regarding Company’s business that is submitted to Elavon in connection with Company’s request for Services, including documents submitted by Company as a part of the bid process, if applicable.

More Definitions of Company Application

Company Application means the machine-­‐readable binary code version of the Company Application or Company Applications which are provided to Trimble through the Site in accordance with this Agreement, and any modifications or updates to the Company Application that Company may make available to Trimble hereunder from time to time, or that Company makes generally available.
Company Application means the Company's software application, application programming interface or website that is developed by the Company, or on the Company's behalf, to interact with the APIs and API Materials;

Company Application means a computer program (or other set of statements or instructions, as the case may be) that contains each of the following essential attributes and functionalities: (i) it incorporates an embedded media player with audiovisual playback and library management functionality including management of the applicable End User's User Account; (ii) it integrates the Company’s Deck Site and connects to the Company Servers in a manner that makes the Video Service accessible to the end user of such computer program (or other set of statements or instructions, as the case may be) via Approved Handsets; (iii) it is marketed and branded solely under the Company Branding; and (iv) it is operated in conformity with the Functionality Specifications and the Technical and Security Specifications, respectively, attached hereto.
Company Application means all software programs, including any source code for such programs, that Company may provide, load onto, or create using a Sigma Program.
