Company Assets definition

Company Assets means all assets and property, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed, at any time owned by the Company.
Company Assets means all the tangible and intangible assets which the Company owns or has the right to dispose of during the valid term of this Agreement, including without limitation, any immoveable and moveable assets, intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, know-how, domain names and software use rights, and any investment interest.
Company Assets means all right, title and interest of the Company and its Subsidiaries in and to all or any portion of their respective assets (including the interest of the Company in each of its Subsidiaries).

  • Except as set out in Schedule 3.1(10) to the Disclosure Letter and documents to be entered into to give effect to the Pre-Closing Reorganization, there is no agreement or, option outstanding in favour of any Person for the purchase from the Vendor, GCL (if not the Vendor) or the Company of any material Non-Real Property Company Assets.
