Company Bonds definition

Company Bonds means any Bonds of which ownership is registered in the name of the Company or any Affiliate, other than Custody Bonds.
Company Bonds means, collectively, (i) the Company’s 5.75% Senior Notes and (ii) the Company’s 7.50% Senior Notes.
Company Bonds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.24(a).

Examples of Company Bonds in a sentence

  • Principal and Purchase Price of, premium, if any, and interest on Company Bonds, Pledged Bonds and Bonds not supported by a Credit Facility shall not be paid from amounts drawn on a Credit Facility.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Article to the contrary, Company Bonds shall not be deemed to be outstanding for purposes of this Article and the Company as holder thereof shall not be entitled to any rights or payments therefor pursuant to Sections 8.05, 8.06, 8.08 and 8.10.

More Definitions of Company Bonds

Company Bonds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 305(e).
Company Bonds means those certain 7.45% bonds, issued by the Phoenix Companies, Inc. on December 27, 2001 pursuant to the Indenture.
Company Bonds means the bonds issued by Harris County Industrial Development Corporation for the benefit of HFOTCO, including such bonds as may be issued after the date of this Agreement.

Company Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys described in Section 3.09(c) hereof.
