Company Class A Preferred Shares definition

Company Class A Preferred Shares means the Class A preference shares in the capital of the Company, as defined in the Company Articles.
Company Class A Preferred Shares means the Class A Preferred shares of no par value of the Company, having the rights and being subject the restrictions, set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Company Class A Preferred Shares means the class A preferred shares issued from time to time by the Company, which terms are set in the Company Articles.
