The Company is a party to the Company Collateral Documents, in each case as amended through the date hereof, pursuant to which the Company has created Liens in favor of the Agent on certain Collateral to secure the Obligations.
The Company, the Parent Guarantor and such Subsidiaries are collectively referred to herein as the "Credit Support Parties", and the Company Collateral Documents, the Parent Collateral Documents, the Subsidiary Guaranty and the Subsidiary Collateral Documents are collectively referred to herein as the "Credit Support Documents".
Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any notice or other communication herein required or permitted to be given to Company, Collateral Agent or Administrative Agent shall be sent to such Person’s address as set forth on Appendix B or in the other relevant Credit Document, and in the case of any Lender, the address as indicated on Appendix B or otherwise indicated to Administrative Agent in writing.

This Amendment, the Loan Documents and the exhibits attached thereto constitute the entire agreement of the Company, Collateral Agent, the Borrowers and Lenders concerning the transactions contemplated by this Amendment and supersede and cancel any and all previous negotiations, arrangements, agreements, understandings or letters of interest or intent.
