More Definitions of Company Collateral

Company Collateral means all of the property (real, personal and mixed) of the Company securing the obligations owing under this Indenture and the Securities.

Company Collateral means the property and interests in property, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or existing and wherever located of the Company, other than the Italian Stock.
Company Collateral has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Company Collateral means; the equipment assets, customer accounts and intellectual property, of the Company, and all of the products and proceeds from any of the assets of the Company.
