Company Data definition

Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).
Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.
Company Data means all data and information, including Personal Information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of or otherwise held by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Company Data in a sentence

  • Supplier understands that certain Company Data may be subject to: (i) U.S. and other export control laws and regulations; or (ii) U.S. Defense Department (“DoD”) procedures such as those governing release of “Controlled” or “Uncontrolled Technical Data”, “Sensitive” but unclassified data, or U.S. Government classified data (as defined in any applicable regulation) to certain foreign nationals.

  • For Company Data, regulated transfers may include those made to foreign nationals in the United States or another country.

  • Before receiving, or continuing to receive, Company Data or Confidential Information, Supplier will and will require any of its Providers with access to Confidential Information, Company Networks, or Company Data to implement and maintain an information security program that ensures that: (a) Confidential Information and Supplier’s Information Processing Systems are protected from internal and external security threats; and (b) Confidential Information is protected from unauthorized access and disclosure.

  • Supplier will not grant access to Company Networks to any third party or use any third party computer systems to access Company Networks or Company Data without first obtaining Company’s written consent.

  • Supplier shall manage Company Data and Personal Information in its control subject to the requirements of Schedule 1 below, Supplier Information Security Requirements, as amended by Company upon written notice to Supplier from time to time.


More Definitions of Company Data

Company Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(n).
Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.
Company Data means all confidential data, information, and data compilations contained in the IT Systems or any databases of the Group Companies, including Personal Data, that are used by, or necessary to the business of, the Group Companies.
Company Data means all information collected or developed by Company regarding its customers who are Users or derived specifically from a User’s use of the Services or otherwise provided directly to Company by Users.
Company Data means all data, information, images, and other content provided to PickNik or its contractors by or for Company in connection with Company’s use of the Software (as defined below), and all data, information, images, and other content received by or for Company from Company’s use of the Software.
Company Data means all data or information provided by or on behalf of Company, including but not limited to, customer personally identifiable information; energy usage data relating to, of, or concerning, provided by or on behalf of any customers; all data or information input, information systems and technology, software, methods, forms,manual’s, and designs, transferred, uploaded, migrated, or otherwise sent by or on behalf ofCompany to Implementer as Company may approve of in advance and in writing (in each instance); account numbers, forecasts, and other similar information disclosed to or otherwise made available to Implementer. Company Data shall also include all data and materials provided by or made available to Implementer by Company’s licensors, including but not limited to, any and all survey responses, feedback, and reports subject to any limitations or restrictions set forth in the agreements between Company and their licensors. Prior to Implementer receiving any Company Data, Implementer shall comply, and at all times thereafter continue to comply, in compliance with Company’s Data security policies set forth on Exhibit (“Security Measures”) and pursuant to Company’s Confidentiality provisions in Section [_]. Company Data means the data contained in any databases owned by the Company and Company Subsidiaries (including any and all Trade Secrets and Personal Information) and all other information and data compilations possessed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
