Company Data definition

Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.
Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).
Company Data means all confidential data, information and data compilations contained in the IT Systems or any databases of the Company, including Private Information, that are used by, or necessary to the business of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Company Data in a sentence

  • Company Data is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Company including all applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights thereto.

  • In the event this Agreement is terminated, Service Provider shall continue to store all Company Data in accordance with its obligations herein, for the period specified in the applicable Schedule, unless otherwise requested by Company.

  • Upon request at any time during the Term, and upon request promptly following expiration or termination of a Schedule or of this Agreement by either Party for any reason, Service Provider agrees to provide Company with a copy, or return all or a portion, of the Company Data in a non-proprietary format in general use at the time and reasonably acceptable to Company.

  • For purposes of this Schedule, “Available” means that Company and its Registered Users are able to access all features and functions of the Products and Services including, but not limited to the Company Data and Service Provider Content.

  • Promptly following any such expiration or termination of a Schedule or of this Agreement, and delivery of the Company Data to Company as described above, Service Provider will destroy, and certify to Company the destruction of, all other copies of such Company Data on all storage and media devices.


More Definitions of Company Data

Company Data means all data and information, including Personal Information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of or otherwise held by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(n).
Company Data means all data contained in the Company IT Systems or the Acquired Companies’ databases (including all Company User Data and Personal Data) and all other information and data compilations necessary to the business of, the Acquired Companies;
Company Data means all data and information Processed by or for the Company.
Company Data means any data or information of, or regarding, Company or any Company Affiliate that is provided to or obtained by a Provider or Subcontractor employee in connection with the Agreement negotiation and execution or Provider performance obligations, including data and information with respect to the customers (including all PII relating to such customers), operations, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of Company or any Company Affiliate.
Company Data means all data, information, images, and other content provided to PickNik or its contractors by or for Company in connection with Company’s use of the Software (as defined below), and all data, information, images, and other content received by or for Company from Company’s use of the Software.
Company Data means trade data of the Primary Dealer or Single Market Specialist for a set of ISINs provided by the Primary Dealer or Single Market Specialist following the request of the DSTA pursuant to the Euro Market Activity Report, which shall be used solely for the permitted purposes set out under paragraph (E) below.
