Company Designee definition

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(b).

Company Designee means, collectively, each Person designated by the Company, including any Person acting as an intermediator of all or any portion of the Products or any third party.

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(a)(1).

Examples of Company Designee in a sentence

• The Company shall provide to the City daytime and nighttime telephone numbers of a Company Designee from whom the City may obtain status information from the Company on a 24-hour basis concerning interruptions of Utility Service in any part of the City.

• The City shall use the Company Designee to communicate with the Company regarding Utility Service and related service needs for City facilities.‌ Coordination of Work.

• Each Participant’s Contributions will be credited to a bookkeeping account for such Participant under the Plan and will be deposited with the general funds of the Company except where applicable laws or regulations require that Contributions be deposited with a Company Designee or otherwise be segregated.

• During an Offering, a Participant may cease making Contributions and withdraw from the Offering by completing the withdrawal process defined by the Company or a Company Designee.

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b) hereof.

Company Designee has the meaning specified in Clause 9.1(c).

Company Designee is defined in Section 5.6(b) to this Agreement.

Company Designee means one (1) director of the Company immediately prior to the date of this Agreement as designated by Parent in writing at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing; provided, that prior to designating such individual, Parent will obtain consent of the proposed Company Designee to serve on the Parent Board and if such Company Designee will not serve on the Parent Board, Parent will consult with the Company, in good faith, on a replacement Company Designee.

Company Designee means the Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers of the Company (or any other individual as may be agreed in writing by Parent and the Company at least 10 Business Days prior to the mailing of the Joint Statement/Prospectus).
