Company Designee definition

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(b).
Company Designee means, collectively, each Person designated by the Company, including any Person acting as an intermediator of all or any portion of the Products or any third party.
Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(a)(1).

Examples of Company Designee in a sentence

  • The Company shall provide to the City daytime and nighttime telephone numbers of a Company Designee from whom the City may obtain status information from the Company on a 24-hour basis concerning interruptions of Utility Service in any part of the City.

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b) hereof.

Company Designee means the Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers of the Company (or any other individual as may be agreed in writing by Parent and the Company at least 10 Business Days prior to the mailing of the Joint Statement/Prospectus).
