Company Designee definition

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(b).
Company Designee means, collectively, each Person designated by the Company, including any Person acting as an intermediator of all or any portion of the Products or any third party.
Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(a)(1).

  • All volumes throughput by the Company Designee will be taken into account in the determination of whether the Company has satisfied its Minimum Throughput Commitment.
