Company Designee definition

Company Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(c).
Company Designee means, collectively, each Person designated by the Company, including any Person acting as an intermediator of all or any portion of the Products or any third party.

  • At any time prior to the time at which the Registration Statement / Proxy Statement is declared effective under the Securities Act, the Company may, by giving Prospector and the Sponsor written notice, replace any Company Designee with any other individual.
