Company Director definition

Company Director means a member of the Board.
Company Director means any person occupying the position of director by whatever name called and includes a de facto or shadow director; “Control, Controlled, Controlling Interest” –
Company Director means a Person other than an Independent Director elected to the Board of Directors from time to time by the Member.
