More Definitions of Company Disclosure Documents

Company Disclosure Documents means each document required to be filed by the Company with the SEC or required to be distributed or otherwise disseminated to the Company’s stockholders in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the Schedule 14D-9, and any amendments or supplements thereto.
