Except for this Agreement and the other Ancillary Agreements or as listed or described in Section 3.13 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, as of the date hereof, the Company is not a party to any Contracts of the types described in Section 3.13 of the Company Disclosure Schedule (collectively, the “Material Contracts”).
