Company DSUs definition

Company DSUs means the deferred share units issued under the Company Omnibus Plan;
Company DSUs means outstanding deferred share units granted under the Company DSU Plan;
Company DSUs means all awards of deferred stock units of the Company issued pursuant to any Company Equity Plan in connection with a deferral election of a non-employee director of the Company.

  • Any such amounts will be deducted and withheld from the Consideration or such other amount payable pursuant to this Plan of Arrangement or the Arrangement Agreement, remitted to the relevant Governmental Entity, and treated for all purposes under this Plan of Arrangement as having been paid to the Company Shareholders, the holders of Company RSUs, Company PSUs or Company DSUs or any other Person in respect of which such deduction, withholding and remittance was made.

More Definitions of Company DSUs

Company DSUs means shares of Company Common Stock, subject to outstanding deferred stock units denominated in shares of Company Common Stock granted to, or held in a deferral account for the benefit of, any Shareholder Party under any Company Stock Plan.
Company DSUs means the deferred share units recorded in the Accounts of Eligible Directors of the Company under the Company Deferred Unit Plan, which are outstanding and have not been cancelled pursuant to the terms of the Company Deferred Share Unit Plan;
