Company Entity definition
Company Entity means each of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company Entity means the Company, or any of its directly or indirectly majority owned subsidiaries (whether organized as corporations, limited liability companies or other legal entities).
Company Entity means (i) the Company, (ii) any subsidiary of the Company, (iii) any employee benefit plan of the Company or of any subsidiary of the Company or (iv) any entity organized, appointed or established pursuant to the terms of any such employee benefit plan.
