Company Equity Incentive Plan definition

Company Equity Incentive Plan means the Company’s omnibus equity plan, last approved by Company Shareholders on November 6, 2018 and as proposed to be amended at the Company’s May 7, 2019 shareholders’ meeting.
Company Equity Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
Company Equity Incentive Plan means the Industrial Property Trust Inc. Equity Incentive Plan, dated as of July 16, 2013.
