Company Incentive Plans definition

Company Incentive Plans means the equity incentive plans of the Company for the benefits of the employees, officers, consultants and directors of the Company, including without limitation, the 2006 Stock Option Plan, the 2008 Stock Option Plan, the 2011 Share Incentive Plan, and the 2012 Share Incentive Plan.
Company Incentive Plans means the equity incentive plans of the Company for the benefit of the employees, officers, consultants and directors of the Company, including without limitation, the Company’s 2016 Share Incentive Plan and the 2010 Share Incentive Plan, each as amended and supplemented as of the date hereof.
