Company Information Systems definition

Company Information Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(n).
Company Information Systems means any systems and/or computers managed by Company, which includes laptops and network devices.
Company Information Systems means the software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment of or otherwise used by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

  • The Company Information Systems are adequate and sufficient (including with respect to working condition and capacity) for the operations of the Business.

  • Company Restricted Data, includes, but is not limited to: • Critical business information, including details of mergers, acquisitions or dispositions; financial results prior to public reporting; and security vulnerability information relating to Company Information Systems and/or products, and • Critical technical information, including computer source code; non-public invention disclosure and/or patent data.

More Definitions of Company Information Systems

Company Information Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(n).
Company Information Systems means the computer, information technology and data processing systems used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, including all software, hardware, networks, platforms and related systems (including any of the foregoing offered as a software-as-a-service model), including those hosted by or outsourced to third parties such as cloud service providers and used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Information Systems means Information Systems owned, licensed, maintained, or used by Company in the ordinary course of Company’s business and/or for the purpose of carrying out Company’s rights and duties under this Agreement; provided, that Company Information Systems shall exclude any Bank Information Systems that Company merely uses or has access to for purposes of operation of the Plan.
Company Information Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(n).
Company Information Systems means any and all IT Systems that are owned, licensed, leased, used or held for use by or for a member of the Company Group.
Company Information Systems means Information Systems which are owned by or reserved for operation by or on behalf of the Company.
Company Information Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(i) (Intellectual Property).
