Company IP Contract definition

Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.
Company IP Contract means any Contract, to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is party or by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property or that otherwise relates to any Company Owned IP or Intellectual Property licensed by, with or to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IP Contract means any Contract with any other Person to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary is party, or by which the Company or any Company Subsidiary is bound, that contains any license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Rights or rights in or to Technology.

More Definitions of Company IP Contract

Company IP Contract means each Contract which provides for the transfer or license of any Intellectual Property to or from the Company, but solely to the extent that such transfer or license is exercisable as of the Closing or any time thereafter.
