Company IT Systems definition

Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.
Company IT Systems shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(qq).
Company IT Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • In the past three (3) years, with respect to any of the Company IT Systems, there has not been any outage, failure, unauthorized access or use of such Company IT Systems that has caused a material disruption in or to the operations of the Company Group.

Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.
Company IT Systems means, collectively, any and all IT Systems owned by the Company or licensed, leased or otherwise used by or for the Company from a third party, in each case that will be used or held for use immediately after the Closing by the Company.
Company IT Systems means all computer and information technology systems, platforms and networks owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary or used or held for use in the conduct of any business of the Company or any Company Subsidiary, as currently conducted and as currently proposed to be conducted, including Company Software, Software, hardware, data processing, data, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, network equipment, information technology, mobile and other platforms, peripherals computer systems, and computerized, automated, or other similar systems, platforms, and networks, in each case, whether outsourced or not, as well as data and information stored or contained in, or transmitted by, any of the foregoing, and documentation relating to any of the foregoing.
Company IT Systems shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(h).
Company IT Systems means any computer hardware, computer systems, workstations, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, data communication lines, circuits, hubs, software databases, internet websites and other information technology equipment and related systems and services (including so-called SaaS/PaaS/IaaS services), that are owned or controlled by, or relied upon in the conduct of the business of, the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Systems means all IT Systems used in or held for use in connection with the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
