Company Leases definition
Company Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

Section 6.17(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedules sets forth all of the Company Leases setting out, in respect of each Company Lease, a description of the leased premises (by municipal address and proper legal description), the term of the Company Lease, the rental payments under the Company Lease (specifying any breakdown of base rent and additional rents), any rights of renewal and the term thereof, and any restrictions on assignment, change of control of the Company or amalgamation.
