Company LTIP definition

Company LTIP means the Amended and Restated U.S. Well Services, Inc. 2018 Stock Incentive Plan.
Company LTIP means the Company's long-term incentive plan as in effect as of the date hereof.
Company LTIP means collectively the Company 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended and restated, and, with respect to a particular Company Equity Award, the applicable award agreement granted thereunder.
