Any Company Match amount (as adjusted for deemed investment returns) that is not vested as of the date that the related bonus amount credited to the Deferred Compensation Account is withdrawn or distributed shall be forfeited as of the date of such withdrawal or distribution.
As of that same effective date, the employee will become eligible for a Company Match under the 401(k) Plan as described above.
The Trustee shall post such amount to each Participant's Company Match Account once the total Contribution received has been balanced against the specific amount to be credited to each Participant's Company Match Account.
