Company Meeting definition

Company Meeting means the special meeting of Company Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement of such special meeting in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement;
Company Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Once Company has established a record date for the Company Meeting, Company shall not change such record date or establish a different record date for the Company Meeting without the prior written consent of Vitesse (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), unless required to do so by applicable Law, the Interim Order, Court or its Organizational Documents or in connection with a postponement or adjournment of the Company Meeting permitted or required hereunder.
