Company Ordinary Share definition

Company Ordinary Share means an ordinary share, par value $0.0001 each, of the Company, as further described in the memorandum and articles of association of the Company.
Company Ordinary Share shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto and having the rights and being subject the restrictions, set out in the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Company Ordinary Share means an ordinary share of the Company with a nominal value of NIS 0.01 each.
