Company Owned IP definition

Company Owned IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Company Owned IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).
Company Owned IP means any Intellectual Property in which the Company has any ownership interest, whether singly, jointly or otherwise.
