Company Owned Software definition

Company Owned Software means all proprietary Software owned by or developed by or for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Owned Software means any Software in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an ownership interest.
Company Owned Software and together with all other Software used in the business of the Group Companies, the “Company Software”). All Company Software is either owned by a Group Company or licensed to one or more of the Group Companies under a valid and enforceable written Contract. All payments due in relation to any Company Software that is licensed by any of the Group Companies prior to the Closing Date are or will be paid by the Group Companies prior to the Closing. None of the Company Owned Software references, incorporates, or links to (dynamically or statically) any Open Source Software subject to a Copyleft Software license. The Group Companies are in compliance with and have not breached any of the applicable Contracts relating to any Company Software, and, to the Knowledge of the Company, the other party thereto is in compliance with and has not breached any such Contract.

Examples of Company Owned Software in a sentence

  • None of the Company Owned Software contains any programming code, documentation or other materials or development environments that embody Intellectual Property Rights of any person other than the Company, other than such materials obtained by the Company from other Persons who make such materials generally available to all interested purchasers or end-users on standard commercial terms or otherwise rightfully licensed.

  • To the Knowledge of the Sellers, there has been no security breach relating to, no violation of any security policy regarding, and no unauthorized access to, each of the Companies’ Confidential Information, Company Owned Intellectual Property or Company Owned Software.

  • The Grantee is required to email the report form to the attention of the HHSC designed contract Representative or designee by the next working day after learning of the death.
