Company Participants definition

Company Participants has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8.

Company Participants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.09(h).

Company Participants means Company Employees, Company Former Employees and their respective beneficiaries and dependents.

Examples of Company Participants in a sentence

• All decisions made by the Committee or any appropriately delegated officer pursuant to the provisions of the Plan shall be final and binding on all persons, including the Company, Participants, and Eligible Individuals.

• The provisions of the Trust shall govern the rights of the Company, Participants and the creditors of the Company to the assets transferred to the Trust.

• Any action of the Committee with respect to the Plan shall be final, conclusive and binding on all persons, including the Company, subsidiaries of the Company, Participants, any person claiming any rights under the Plan from or through any Participant and stockholders, except to the extent the Committee may subsequently modify, or take further action not consistent with, its prior action.

• Subject to Section 5.1, all actions of the Committee shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding upon the Company, Participants and all other interested parties.

• Any action of the Committee with respect to the Plan shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all persons, including the Company, subsidiaries of the Company, Participants, any person claiming any rights under the Plan from or through any Participant, and stockholders.

More Definitions of Company Participants

Company Participants means the Continuing Employees who have an account balance under a Seller Savings Plan.

Company Participants means (a) the Continuing Employees and (b) all former employees of the Companies who, as of the Closing Date , are not employed by Seller or a Non-Company Affiliate and who have an account balance under either or both of the Seller Savings Plans.
