Company Patent definition
Company Patent means (a) any Patent Right owned, or otherwise controlled, by the Company as of immediately prior to the Effective Time; (b) any Patent Right filed after the Effective Time that claims priority to any Patent Right described in the foregoing clause (a); or (c) any Patent Right issued or granted based upon any Patent Right described in the foregoing clauses (a) or (b).
Company Patent means any Patent owned or exclusively licensed to the Company at the time of the Warrant Exercise Closing.
Company Patent means any Patent that (a) names Consultant an inventor of such Patent, (b) embodies or utilizes the Contributed IP, and (c) has been contributed, transferred, and assigned to the Company under this Consulting Agreement

Company Patent has the meaning given to it in Section 3.12(n).
Company Patent means (a) any Patents owned or exclusively in-licensed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary as of immediately prior to the Merger Closing and (b) any Patents filed from or issuing from any of the Patents set forth in clause (a), including any renewals, reissues, re-examinations, substitutions, confirmation patents, registration patents, invention certificates, patents of addition, renewals, divisionals, continuations, and continuations-in-part.
Company Patent means any Patent in the Licensed Territory that (a) is Controlled by Company as of the Effective Date or during the Term and (b) (i) claims any Company Know-How or (ii) otherwise Covers any Licensed Product or the Development or Commercialization thereof. As of the Effective Date, the Company Patents comprise those set forth on Schedule B hereto, and Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to keep Schedule B updated during the Term.
Company Patent means each Patent that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or a Company Subsidiary.
