Company Personal Information definition

Company Personal Information means all data or information controlled, owned, stored, used or processed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries relating to an identified or identifiable customer or natural person (such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, Social Security number (or its equivalent), driver’s license number, account number, personal identification number, health or medical information (or any other unique identifier or one or more factors specific to the Person’s physical, physiological, mental, economic or social identity), whether such information is in individual or aggregate form and regardless of the media in which it is contained.
Company Personal Information means any data that is protected as “personal data”, “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under Applicable Privacy Law and processed by Seagate on behalf of Company in connection with the Agreement, as more particularly described in Annex A of this DPA.
Company Personal Information or “EPI” means any information in the possession or under the control of Company or any of its Affiliates, or that is furnished or made available by Company or any of its Affiliates to Contractor, that identifies, an individual, or that relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with, an identifiable individual (whether Company employee, customer, or otherwise), including his or her name, signature, social security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, medical information or health insurance information, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, combination of online account user name/ID and password and/or security question together with the answer, or information regarding the individual’s electric energy usage or electric service, including service account number, electricity demand (in kilowatts), monthly billed revenue, credit history, rate schedule(s), meter data, or number or type of meters at a premise. Company Personal Information is referred to as “Edison Personal Information or ‘EPI” in the Cyber Requirements. Company Personal Information includes “personal information” as defined in The California Consumer Privacy Act, California Civil Code Section 1798.100 – 1798.199.

Examples of Company Personal Information in a sentence

  • None of (1) the execution, delivery, or performance of this Agreement or (2) the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the Merger, will violate any Company Privacy Policy or any law pertaining to privacy, data protection user data or Company Personal Information, except in each case as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be likely to result in a Company Material Adverse Effect.

  • No Person (including any Governmental Entity) has made any written claim or commenced any action with respect to unauthorized access, disclosure or use of Company Personal Information maintained by or on behalf of any of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be likely to result in a Company Material Adverse Effect.

  • There has been no loss, damage or unauthorized access, disclosure, use or breach of security of Company Personal Information maintained by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, except in each case as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be likely to result in a Company Material Adverse Effect.

  • Seagate may disclose Company Personal Information to Sub-processors as necessary to perform its Services for Company, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 2.8. By signing this DPA Company hereby provides general written authorization for Seagate to engage Sub-processors to provide the Services.

  • For over 900 detainees currently held in prisons, compliance with the documentation process may be a practical impossibility without internet access.


More Definitions of Company Personal Information

Company Personal Information means Personal Information Service Provider collects or receives from, or otherwise Processes on behalf of, Company.
Company Personal Information means any personal information, as defined under the CCPA, Processed by Service Provider on behalf of Company or its affiliates pursuant to or in connection with the Agreement;
Company Personal Information means Personal Information Processed directly or indirectly by, for or on behalf of any member of the Company Group.

Company Personal Information means all data or information controlled, owned, stored, used or processed by the Company regarding or capable of being associated with an individual person or device, including, but not limited to, (a) information that identifies, could be used to identify or is otherwise identifiable with an individual or a device or household, including name, physical address, telephone number, email address, financial information, financial account number or government-issued identifier, medical, health, or insurance information, gender, date of birth, educational or employment information, and any other data used or intended to be used to identify, contact or precisely locate an individual (e.g., geolocation data), (b) information or data bearing on an individual person’s credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics or mode of living, (c) any data regarding an individual’s activities online or on a mobile device or other application (e.g., searches conducted, web pages or content visited or viewed), whether or not such information is directly associated with an identifiable individual, and (d) internet protocol addresses, device identifiers or other persistent identifiers. Company Personal Information also includes any information maintained in association with the foregoing information. Company Personal Information may relate to any individual, including a current, prospective or former customer or employee, and includes information in any form, including paper, electronic and other forms.
