Company Products definition

Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company Products means all products or service offerings of the Company and its Subsidiaries that have been marketed, sold, offered for sale, or distributed by the Company or its Subsidiaries.

Company Products means all current versions of products or service offerings of the Company.

Examples of Company Products in a sentence

• Except as would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect, the Company and its Subsidiaries comply with all Industry Standards and take commercially reasonable actions to monitor, police and terminate user misconduct that occurs in connection with the use of any Company Products.

• Except as would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect, since January 1, 2019, there have not been any claims or allegations made in writing made to the Company or its Subsidiaries with respect to any Company Products under any theory of tort liability, including strict liability, product liability, defects, errors, failure to warn, negligence, warranty or indemnity, other than individual requests for customer support or customer complaints in the ordinary course of business.

• Customer acknowledges that, as between Customer and Michelin Mobility Intelligence, Michelin Mobility Intelligence owns all right, title, and interest, including all modifications, enhancements, and intellectual property rights, in and to the Services (including Company Products and Company Materials and all intellectual property embodied or practiced therein).

• You agree that the Company may review your use of the Company Products and Services and utilization of your license(s), platform utilization or other ordered products or services from time to time for the purpose of verifying your compliance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Company Products

Company Products means (A) all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary prior to the Closing Date, and/or (B) those products, product candidates, components or services currently under development or under clinical or pre-clinical investigation by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary which are listed in Schedule 2.11(a)(v) of the Company Disclosure Letter (the “New Products”).

Company Products has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(a)(iii).

Company Products means all products and services currently produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed, performed, supported or maintained by or on behalf of any Group Company.
