Company Products or Services definition

Company Products or Services means those products (including computer programs or mobile applications) and/or services currently or formerly licensed out, leased out, sold, provided, and/or distributed by the Company.
Company Products or Services means all products or service offerings of the Company and its Subsidiaries that have been or are being manufactured, marketed, sold, or distributed, or that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries intends to manufacture, market, sell, or distribute, including any products or service offerings under development, and including any such products or services that form the basis, in whole or in part, of any revenue or business projection made by the Company and its Subsidiaries, or provided by Company in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement.
Company Products or Services means the products and services that are sold by the Company and its Subsidiaries, directly or indirectly, in its nuclear energy or retail energy business.

  • If a claim under Section 10.1 above appears likely, then the Company may modify the Company Products or Services, procure any necessary license, or replace the affected item with one that is functionally equivalent.

  • To motivate a diverse crowd, it follows that technology entrepreneurs should employ multiplemotivation drivers that appeal to different potential participants in the type of crowd.

  • The Company does not provide any guaranty, warranty or other indemnity for the Company Products or Services, beyond the applicable standard terms and conditions of sale or lease for a period greater than five years including any liability as a result of field and epidemic failures.

  • Do Not Use Rosetta Genomics Trademarks as the Name of Your Company, Products, or Services, or As A Domain Name.

  • Refunds shall be issued to the credit or debit card used in connection with registering Your Account or purchasing any Company Products or Services; it should take between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days for the credit to appear in your account.

More Definitions of Company Products or Services

Company Products or Services means all products (including software programs and applications), Technologies and services (including online services) of the Company or any Company Subsidiary (including, for each product, service or Technology, related documentation), provided, distributed, hosted, leased, licensed out, sold, resold or otherwise made commercially US-DOCS\131312541.20 available by the Company or any Company Subsidiary prior to the date of this Agreement, or that are under development and that the Company or any Company Subsidiary intends to provide, distribute, host, lease, license out, sell, resell or otherwise make commercially after the date of this Agreement.
Company Products or Services means those products (including proprietary computer programs and mobile applications or games, including “Dots,” “Two Dots” and “Dots & Co!”) and/or services (including support services, maintenance services, development services and enhancement services) currently licensed (including by offering Software as a service or platform), leased, sold, provided, in development, developed for third parties, offered for sale, resold and/or distributed by the Company Group.

Related to Company Products or Services

  • Competitive Products or Services means, as of any time, those products or services of the type that any of the Bank Entities is providing, or is actively preparing to provide, to its customers.

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Company Product means each product or product candidate that is being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

  • Software Products means any and all Software that is or has been distributed by the Division or Division Subsidiaries and their predecessors, and any similar products developed or under development by Seller relating to the Business as of the date of the Agreement, and all documentation, packaging materials, promotional materials, and training materials relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract.
