Company Property definition

Company Property means any and all property, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, whether contributed or otherwise acquired, owned by the Company.
Company Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).
Company Property means all items and materials provided by the Company to the Executive, or to which the Executive has access, in the course of his employment, including, without limitation, all files, records, documents, drawings, specifications, memoranda, notes, reports, manuals, equipment, computer disks, videotapes, drawings, blueprints and other documents and similar items relating to the Company, its Affiliates or their respective customers, whether prepared by the Executive or others, and any and all copies, abstracts and summaries thereof.

  • The Members will look solely to the Company Property for the return of their capital and, if the assets of the Company remaining after payment or discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Company are insufficient to return such capital, they will have no recourse against the Manager or its affiliates for such purpose.
