Company Property definition

Company Property means any and all property, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, whether contributed or otherwise acquired, owned by the Company.
Company Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).
Company Property means all items and materials provided by the Company to the Executive, or to which the Executive has access, in the course of his employment, including, without limitation, all files, records, documents, drawings, specifications, memoranda, notes, reports, manuals, equipment, computer disks, videotapes, drawings, blueprints and other documents and similar items relating to the Company, its Affiliates or their respective customers, whether prepared by the Executive or others, and any and all copies, abstracts and summaries thereof.

  • You acknowledge and agree that: (i) other than for authorized Company business prior to the Separation Date, you have not and will not utilize the Company Property or make or retain any copies, duplicates, reproductions or excerpts of the Company Property, and (ii) after the Separation Date, you will not access or utilize in any manner any of the Company Property, including, without limitation, its electronic communications systems or any information contained therein.

  • In the event that the Executive discovers that he continues to retain any Company Property, the Executive shall return it to the Company immediately.
