Company Property definition
Company Property means any and all property, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, whether contributed or otherwise acquired, owned by the Company.
Company Property means any real property and improvements, now or heretofore, owned, leased or operated by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries or their respective predecessors.
Company Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).

The return of Capital Contributions shall be made solely from Company Property.

Company Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01 of the Holdings LLC Agreement.
Company Property means any and all property, real, personal or otherwise, tangible or intangible, which is transferred or conveyed to the Company, the Operating Partnership, any Subsidiary or any Joint Venture of any of the foregoing (including all rents, income, profits and gains therefrom), and which is owned or held by, or for the account of, the Company, the Operating Partnership, any Subsidiary or any Joint Venture of any of the foregoing.
