Company Prospectus means, collectively, the Prospectus dated July 10, 1997 and the Prospectus Supplement dated July 10, 1997 relating to the shares of Company Common Stock to be offered to the Subscriber and the Prospectus Supplement dated July 10, 1997 relating to the Public Shares, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Company Prospectus means the prospectus relating to the Regency Shares that is first filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) after the Execution Time or, if filing pursuant to Rule 424(b) is not required, shall mean the form of final prospectus relating to the Regency Shares included in the Company Registration Statement at the Effective Date.
