Company Redeemable Preferred Stock means the Series B Redeemable Preferred Stock and the Series D Redeemable Preferred Stock.
Company Redeemable Preferred Stock means the 9.0% Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
