Company Regulations definition

Company Regulations means the Company Regulations 2019 of the DMCCA;
Company Regulations means the Amended Code of Regulations of the Company, dated September 15, 2016, as amended on August 9, 2019, and as the same may be further amended, supplemented or restated.
Company Regulations means the Regulations of a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179);

Company Regulations means the Code of Regulations of the Company as of the date of this Agreement.
Company Regulations means the Ontario Regulation 255/17 made under the Pension Benefits Act (Ontario), as amended from time to time.
