Company Releasors definition

Company Releasors has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15(a).

Company Releasors shall include the Company and its Subsidiaries (as defined in the Agreement), and their officers, directors, trustees, members, representatives, agents, employees, shareholders, partners, attorneys, assigns, and insurers, and their predecessors and successors.

Company Releasors shall include the Company and its affiliates and their successors and assigns.

Examples of Company Releasors in a sentence

• The Company is the sole owner and real party-in-interest regarding all Company Claims released by the Company Releasors pursuant to this Agreement.

• The Company shall not (and the Company shall cause each of the other Company Releasors to not) disparage (or induce or encourage other Persons to disparage) any Claimant Releasee.

• The Company is the sole owner and real party-in-interest regarding all Company Claims and other matters released by the Company Releasors pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Company Releasors

Company Releasors shall include the Company and any of its affiliates and, to the extent acting on behalf of the Company or any of its affiliates and not acting in their individual capacities, their respective officers, directors, trustees, members, representatives, agents, employees, shareholders, partners, attorneys, assigns, <PAGE> administrators and fiduciaries under any employee benefit plan of the Company and of any affiliate, and insurers, and their predecessors and successors. (d) The term "Employee Releasees" shall include the Employee, and his family, heirs, executors, representatives, agents, insurers, administrators, successors, assigns, and any other person claiming through the Employee.

Company Releasors means and includes all members of the Company Group (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Company), and each of their past, present and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns.

Company Releasors and “Company Releasees” mean: (1) CleanCore and its predecessors, parent companies, affiliated companies (including, without limitation, subsidiaries), successors, and assigns, and (2) all of the past, present and future directors, officers, members, managers, employees, attorneys, representatives, agents, contractors, consultants, and insurers of each of the entities listed in clause (1) of this sentence, and this Separation Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding and enforceable by all such entities and individuals; and,

Company Releasors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(e)(ii).

Company Releasors shall include Medgenics, MMI and each of their respective successors and assigns.
