Company Restricted Stock Units definition

Company Restricted Stock Units means any restricted stock units for Common Stock outstanding under any of the Company Stock Plans.
Company Restricted Stock Units means an award of restricted stock units in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock (other than any such units held by the Company’s non-employee directors), the vesting of which is conditioned solely on the passage of time.
Company Restricted Stock Units means the restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, Participant must satisfy the minimum statutory tax withholding obligations resulting from the vesting of Restricted Stock Units and related Dividend Equivalents (“Minimum Withholding Obligations”) by surrendering to the Company Restricted Stock Units and/or Dividend Equivalents that are then vesting (or shares of Stock issuable as a result of the vesting) with a value sufficient to satisfy the Minimum Withholding Obligations.

More Definitions of Company Restricted Stock Units

Company Restricted Stock Units means an award of restricted stock units outstanding under any of the Company Option Plans.
