Company Right definition

Company Right means all arrangements, calls, commitments, agreements, options, rights to subscribe to, scrips, understandings, warrants, or other binding obligations of any character whatsoever relating to or securities or rights convertible into or exchangeable for, shares of Company Common Stock, or by which the Company is or may be bound to issue additional shares of Company Common Stock or other Company Rights.
Company Right has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Company Right means a right of a holder thereof to receive one-tenth (1/10) of a Company Ordinary Share at the consummation of a business combination.
