Company Right definition

Company Right means all arrangements, calls, commitments, agreements, options, rights to subscribe to, scrips, understandings, warrants, or other binding obligations of any character whatsoever relating to or securities or rights convertible into or exchangeable for, shares of Company Common Stock, or by which the Company is or may be bound to issue additional shares of Company Common Stock or other Company Rights.

Company Right means a right of a Company Shareholder to receive one-tenth (1/10) of a Company Ordinary Share per each Company Ordinary Share held by such Company Shareholder.
