Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.
Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).
Rollover Shares has the meaning given in the recitals.
Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
Parent Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
Company RSU Award means each restricted stock unit that is (i) subject solely to service-based vesting and (ii) payable in shares of Company Class A Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Class A Common Stock.
Company Stock Option Plans means the Company's Amended and Restated 1996 Stock Option Plan and 1998 Stock Purchase Plan.
Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.
Rollover Shareholders means each of Expert Master Holdings Limited, Mr. Longhua Piao and UMW China Ventures (L) Ltd.
Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.
Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Stock Award or a phantom stock award, as the case may be.
Company Option Plan means, collectively, each stock option plan, program or arrangement of the Company.
Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the board of directors of the Company prior to or subsequent to the date hereof pursuant to which shares of Common Stock and standard options to purchase Common Stock may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company in their capacity as such.
Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit representing the right to receive Company Common Stock subject to vesting or other restrictions under any Company Stock Plan.
Company Restricted Stock Award means each award with respect to a share of restricted Company Common Stock outstanding under any Company Stock Plan that is, at the time of determination, subject to forfeiture or repurchase by the Company.
Company Option Plans means the Company 2002 Stock Plan and the Company 2007 Equity Incentive Plan.
Company Equity Plan means any management equity or stock option or ownership plan or any other management or employee benefit plan of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company.
Company Equity Awards means the Company Options and the Company RSUs.
Parent Equity Plans means all employee and director equity incentive plans of Parent and agreements for equity awards in respect of Parent Common Stock granted under the inducement grant exception.
Company Share Plans mean (a) the Company’s Stock Related Award Incentive Plan of 1999, as amended; (b) the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended; and (c) the Company’s 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended;
Company Stock Options means all options to acquire shares of Company Common Stock from the Company, whether granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.
Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.
Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.
