Company RSA definition

Company RSA means each award of restricted stock of the Company issued under the Company Equity Plan.
Company RSA means each share of Company Common Stock granted to any Company Service Provider that remains subject to vesting, lapse or forfeiture provisions.
Company RSA means each award of restricted shares of Company Common Stock granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans, except for any Company Director RSA.

More Definitions of Company RSA

Company RSA means each restricted stock award granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the First Effective Time.
