Company RSA definition

Company RSA means each award of restricted stock of the Company issued under the Company Equity Plans.
Company RSA means each share of Company Common Stock granted to any Company Service Provider that remains subject to vesting, lapse or forfeiture provisions.
Company RSA has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c).

More Definitions of Company RSA

Company RSA shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 2.5(d).
Company RSA means each restricted stock award granted pursuant to a Company Equity Plan or otherwise that vests solely on the basis of time and pursuant to which the holder has a right to receive shares of Company Common Stock following the vesting or lapse of restrictions applicable to such restricted stock award.
Company RSA means each restricted stock award granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the First Effective Time.
Company RSA means each award of restricted stock of the Company issued under the Company Equity Plans, other than a Company PSA.

Company RSA means an award of restricted stock with respect to shares of Company Common Stock. “Company RSU” means an award of restricted stock units with respect to shares of Company Common Stock.
