Company RSUs definition

Company RSUs means the restricted share units of the Company issued pursuant to the Company Equity Incentive Plan, which are outstanding as of the Acquisition Effective Time.
Company RSUs means awards of restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
Company RSUs means all restricted stock units in respect of shares of Company Common Stock that are outstanding immediately prior to the Closing granted under the Company Equity Incentive Plan.
