Company SAR definition

Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Company SAR means a stock appreciation right in respect of shares of Company Stock outstanding under any of the Company Stock Plans.
Company SAR means all stock appreciation rights granted under the Company Incentive Plan.

  • Following the Effective Time no holder of a Company Stock Option or Company SAR or any participant in any Company Stock Plan or other Company Benefit Plan will have any right thereunder to acquire any capital stock of the Company or the Surviving Corporation.
