Without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower acknowledges that the “Secured Indebtedness” as defined in, and secured by the Collateral pursuant to, the Company Security Agreement shall be deemed amended to include all “Obligations” as defined in the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
