Company Service Providers definition

Company Service Providers means the natural persons (other than the Business Employees) engaged by Outrigger, Seller or its Affiliates whose primary job duties relate to the performance of services to the Company Business.
Company Service Providers means (i) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Company, Incorporated, (ii) Xxxxxxx, Street and Deinard Professional Association, (iii) Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx and (iv) such other advisors, counsel and accountants that provide services to the Company in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Company Service Providers means the employees of the Seller or its Affiliates set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) .
